Lisa Sedelnik, Managing Director & Chief Content Officer
Lisa has more than 15 years of experience in journalism, corporate communications, marketing and PR. She is the former co-founder and director of communications at Sabia Communications, a Miami-based marketing communications firm. She’s also worked in-house for a major academic medical center and finance magazine as well as educational and technology institutions like TelefonicaB2B. She’s written on various health and medical topics including mosquito-borne illnesses, depression, cancer and the benefits of music therapy. Always up for a challenge, she has participated in three half marathons and is an avid spinner.

Jose Negron, Art Director & Graphic Designer
Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and later trained at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in the field of graphic design, Jose has an endless curiosity and deep love for the visual arts—and it shows. At Spark It he is responsible for bringing the creative direction to the agency, always aiming to achieve the highest standards of quality for our clients.

Debora Vilas Boas, Web Designer
Debora Vilas Boas was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She studied graphic design at Pratt Institute in New York graduating with honors. She has over ten years of professional experience in the field of graphic design and brand communications. Debora is an accomplished web designer, communications designer and branding specialist with extensive experience in the creation, development, and implementation of comprehensive branding programs in all relevant types of media.

Giannina Smith, Copywriter

A citizen of the world, Giannina had already lived in Brazil, Chile, Hawaii and Australia by the time she was 13. Today, not only is she completely bilingual in English and Spanish, she’s also a seasoned travel and business writer whose work has appeared in Conde Nast Traveler, Delta SKY Magazine, AirTran Airways’ GO Magazine and the International Spa Association’s Pulse and LiveSpa magazines.

Kathy Greenberg, Copywriter

Kathy has written for a number of traditional and online publications including associatedcontent.com and Bizbash.com. She’s also worked for the Florida Humanities Council, The Tampa Tribune and a number of departments at the University of South Florida. She’s a huge film buff and can usually be found with her nose in a book.
